Effective 11/26/2024, repairs are charged in 6 levels. Level 1 includes basic adjustment and troubleshooting tasks. Level 2 includes most minor LED strip and controller board repairs. Phoenix battery replacements are a Level 4 repair. Major water damage is typically a Level 6 repair. For any repair beyond Level 2, we will contact you for approval before performing any work on the hoop.
Your hoop will be returned to the address you specify on this order. You can choose the shipping method you want us to use to return it during checkout.
Repairs typically take 3-14 business days from the time we receive your hoop. However, it can take longer depending on availability of parts.
