Water damage repair service for original 3/4" Hyperion, 5/8" Hyperion Lite, and Hyperion Phoenix hoops. Please see Shipping & Returns
for our return form, instructions, and other info.
It happens. When moisture gets into a hoop, it tends to stick around. This can create damage and corrosion inside the hoop over time, leading to problems weeks or months later.
In most cases of water damage, we need to replace the LED strip and re-tube the hoop. Hyperion Phoenix hoops usually need their internal batteries replaced as well. Please choose your hoop type from the drop-down menu.
Re-tubing is automatically included in this fee. Select which tubing you'd like from the drop-down menu.
Your hoop will be returned to the address you specify on this order. You can choose the shipping method you want us to use to return it during checkout.
Important - Please read!:
This repair typically takes 5-14 business days from the time we receive your hoop. However, it can take longer if we're running low on LED strips at the time.
Usually, the controller board (circuit board) recovers just fine, and won't need any repairs or replacement. In the rare case that it does need work, we will email you to request an additional payment. On the flipside, if your hoop doesn't end up needing all the repairs included in this service, we'll contact you about a refund!
