AMAZING HOOP ~ AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would, without a doubt, wait for this hoop ALL over again. The wait time was never an issue for me, Good things come to those who wait. The time and effort put into these hoops are clearly noted and I couldn't be happier with my choice on a Hyperion as my first smart hoop. Personally, I think this product blows a lot of other hoop competitors out of the water! If you are looking for a beautiful, jaw dropping, DURABLE, completely customizable hoop... THIS IS IT.
